Job Profile:
• Minimum has experience in the same position at least 2 years in hotel, mall or office building is A MUST
• Candidates must possess at least Diploma Degree majoring Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial/Civil Engineering
• Able to speak in English both oral and written
• Able to use AUTOCAD, SketchUp will be an advantage
Job Specification:
• Responsible for entire job assignments
• Knowledgeable and experienced in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Civil is A MUST
• Knowledgeable in HSE standards of engineering
• Good analytical thinking, firm, energetic, open minded, creative, innovative, enthusiasm, commitment with the job
• Able to adapt new environment, accept challenges and work in fact paced environment
• Customer oriented and give excellent service to tenants
• Could work in a team and work under pressure

• Minimum has experience in the same position and handle high risk building (office building, mall or hotel) IS A MUST at least 3 years
• Candidates must possess at least Bachelor Degree majoring Civil Engineering
• Able to speak in English both oral and written
• Able to use AUTOCAD, SketchUp
Job Specification :
• Supervise the project and in line with target, standards of high risk and HSE building
• Responsible for entire job assignments
• Good analytical thinking, firm, energetic, open minded, creative, innovative, enthusiasm, commitment with the job
• Able to adapt new environment, accept challenges and work in fact paced environment
• Achieve the target based on schedule frame
• Having strong leadership skill and good communication skill
• Could work in a team, long working hours and under pressure
