Job Summary:
Responsible to manage HRD Activities starting from Organization Structure, Man Power Planning, Recruitment and Selection, Certification Training and Development, Performance Appraisal, Man Power Regulation, Employee and Industrial Relation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Personnel Administration.
Job Responsibilities:
- Create a Structure Organization and Man Power Planning, including quantity and quality of employee based on Coal Mining Project in Head Office and Site Area to propose to Management.
- Recruit and select Office Staff and Site Staff and work closely with Head Office Management, Director Operation and Kepala Teknik Tambang in ensuring recruitment's are achieved to the highest standard.
- Maintain a personnel administration, a centralized contract of personnel and issuance of any new personnel contract.
- Set up the implementation a certified training for the relevant staff and control certification program for certified people who required by MINERBA Regulation.
- Create a Performance Appraisal System based on managerial skill and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) by semester period.
- Manage Jamsostek, Medical Insurance and Document Expatriate (RPTKA, IMTA, KITAS and STM) and its administration.
- Create a Company Regulation (Peraturan Perusahaan) and Standard Operating Procedure and be implemented and evaluated for 2 (two) or 3 (three) years period.
- Maintain relationships with Man Power Department and other Related Department both in Head Office and Site Area, in order the issues are properly resolved in a good working climate with the company.
- Handle labor disputes between local worker and company by approaching a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program.
Job Specification:
- Male, maximum 45 years old
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Law or Psychology.
- Work-experiences minimum 6 -10 years in Coal Mining Company, and minimum 3 years work-experience in Site Area.
- Familiar to work with expatriates.
- Having a good knowledge of Man Power Regulation and KPI.
- Used to work under pressure and sometime to travel in site area or remote area.
- Be able to speak English well.
- Good communication, negotiation and leadership skill.
