PT Saptaindra Sejati mampu mengembangkan total aset sebesar 9,52 % dari US $ 564.300.000 pada tahun 2011 menjadi US $ 618,0 juta pada tahun 2012. Karena menghadapi pertumbuhan bisnis yang cepat dan memperluas bisnis di seluruh Indonesia.

Sejarah berdiri PT Saptaindra Sejati

PT. Saptaindra Sejati memulai kiprahnya pada tahun 1991 sebagai subkontraktor peralatan berat dengan nama Dianlia Setyamukti, yang kemudian seiring dengan pertumbuhan perusahaan meningkat menjadi kontraktor pertambangan dan berhasil mengerjakan beberapa proyek diantaranya untuk PT Adaro Indonesia dan PT Berau Coal.

Pada tahun 2002, para pemegang saham dan manajemen sepakat untuk memindahkan semua aktivitas operasional yang mencakup tenaga kerja dan asset secara bertahap menjadi PT Saptaindra Sejati (SIS) dan diakusisi oleh PT Adaro Energy pada tahun 2008.

1. OPERATION MANAGER (Code : OPRM)

Qualification:
  • Age maximum 40 years old
  • Bachelor degree from faculty of Mining / Geology engineering
  • Minimum 10 years experience as in Coal mining
  • Certified POU (Pengawas Operasional Utama) is preferred
  • Fluent in English both oral & written
  • Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
  • Good knowledge about SMK3 procedure / OHSAS 18001:2007
  • Compile safety statistic from sites (accident, incident, near miss and lost time injury)
  • Good leadership to subordinates with good interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Have a second class blasting certificate & POP / POM License would be an advantage
  • Mastering mine production operations: Planning, Over Burden & Coal Production,Drilling & Blasting, Fleet Management, Heavy Equipment & Supporting.
  • Ability to act in an objective, non-discriminatory and have a decisive nature.
  • Dare to take decisions quickly and accurately.
  • Good health and able to work under pressure with good result
  • Will be based in all over SIS site project


2. ENGINEERING SECTION HEAD (Code : SH-ENG)

Qualification:
  • Max. 40 years old
  • Bachelor degree related
  • 5 – 8 years experience as a section head or manager in open pit coal mining area and related position
  • A first class blasting certificate & POP License would be an advantage
  • Certificated in Minescape or SURPAC
  • Willing to be placed in our site project


3. PRODUCTION GROUP LEADER (Code : GL/SPV-PROD)

Qualification:
  • Age Maximum 35 years old
  • Diploma / Bachelor degree related to each position
  • 2-3 years experience as a Group Leader in open pit coal mining area
  • Have a second class blasting certificate & POP License
  • Comprehend in Safety, Health, Environment and Quality for SHEQ
  • Will be based in all over SIS site project


4. DRILL & BLAST GROUP LEADER (Code : GL-DB)

Qualification:
  • Age maximum 35 years old
  • Min Bachelor degree in Mining or Geologist with Class II Blaster Certificate
  • Min. 2 years previous experiences in drilling & blasting,
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa, written & verbal,
  • Understanding applications of drill blast design and shot plus software,
  • Familiar with designing drill and blast, leading the team and explosives handling.
  • Willing to be placed in our site project


5. ENGINEERING GROUP LEADER (Code : GL/SPV-ENG)

Qualification:
  • Max. 35 years old
  • Bachelor degree in Mining
  • Min. 2 - 3 years experience as a mine engineer in the area of mining industry
  • Have a POP License would be an advantage
  • Proven skills in Mine Scheduling tools utilizing software such as Mindscape and Xpac will be an advantage
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, good analytical and focus on detail
  • Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written; and computer literate
  • Willing to be placed in our site project


6. MINE PLANNER (Code : MPL)

Qualification:
  • Age Maximum 35 years old
  • Diploma / Bachelor degree in Mining
  • Min. 2 - 4 years experience as Mine Engineer in the area of mining industry
  • Proven skills in Mine Scheduling tools utilizing software such as Mindscape and Xpac will be an advantage;
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, good analytical and focus on detail
  • Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written; and computer literate
  • Will be based in all over SIS site project


7. SURVEY ENGINEERING GROUP LEADER (Code : SURVEYGL)

Qualification:
  • Age Maximum 35 years old
  • Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, Geodesy, Industrial Engineering
  • Min. 2 - 3 years experience as a Mine Planner, or a Mine Surveyor/Pit Controller or a Project Controller Group Leader/Jr. Manager/Supervisor in the area of mining industry
  • Have a POP License would be an advantage
  • Proven skills in Mine Scheduling tools utilizing software such as Minescape and Xpac and Theodolit and GPS for Mine Survey will be an advantage
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, good analytical and focus on detail
  • Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written; and computer literate
  • Willing to be placed in our site project


8. OFFICER PROJECT PLANNING CONTROL (Code : OFF - PPC)

Qualification:
  • Age Max. 35 years old
  • Bachelor Degree Of Statistica / Industry / Mining Engineering
  • (GPA: 3 ~ up)
  • Minimal 2 Years experience in mining
  • Active English
  • Able to operate computer ( MS Office)
  • Physically and mentally fit
  • Will be based in Head Office Jakarta


9. GROUP LEADER (Code :GL-GA)

Qualification:
  • Age 25- 35 years old
  • Min.Diploma / Bachelor Degree of All Major (Preferably Civil Engineering / Business Administration / Management
  • Experience 3 Years in General Affair
  • Able work in team
  • Having Leadership Qualities
  • English Passive
  • Knowledge of Building Maintenance and Repair method, Materials, tools and Equipment the operation and standars and regulation
  • Having good problem solving, initiative, strong analytical thinking & have good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent skill in MS Office
  • Willing to be placed in Head Office & our site project


10. OFFICER RESEARCH OPERATION (Code : OFF - RO)

Qualification:
  • Age Maximum 35 years old
  • Bachelor Degree From Statistica/ Industry / Informatica Engineering From reputable University
  • (GPA: 3,25 ~ up)
  • Minimal 3 Years experience in mining
  • Active English
  • Good command in English both oral and written
  • Good Communication and Coordination Skills
  • Able to operate computer ( MS Office)
  • Physically and mentally fit
  • Will be based in Head Office Jakarta
