Call Center Nutritionist     

Requirements:
• Female, Max Age 35 years old (Married / Single)
Diploma or Bachelor Degree of Midwife and Nutritionist
• At least 1 year of working experience in Call Center
• Willing good work for shifting or office hour
• Have knowledge in baby treatment or nutrition of milk

Call Center Language Skill

Requirements:
• Male/Female with max. Age 35 years old
Diploma Degree with any major
• Willing good work for shifting and holiday
• Good commnicatian skill
• Capable in Foreign Language is English, Japanase, Mandirin, Thailand, Vietnam, and Korea

Technical Support Representative/IT-Helpdesk

Requirements:
• Max Age 35 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Computer Science / Information Technology, Engineering (Computer /Telecommication) or equivalent
• Good communication skill
• Fluently in English, Malay
• Knowledge of relevant internet network applications
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specializing in Call Center, Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent
• Full-Time position(s) available
• Attend to service call and enquiries
• Perform trouble-shooting of the products (Internet Working) to ensure smooth functioning
• Ensure maintenance and prompt submmition of technical/service support
• Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues involving internet connectivity

Reporting Analyst

Requirements:
• Pria /Wanita (Max) 35 tahun
• Minimal D3 semua Jurusan
• Office hour / bersedia Shifting dan di hari libur
• Mahir dalam penggunaan Ms. Excel & Ms. Powerpoint
• Memiliki kemampuan bahasa Inggris min. pasif, lisan maupun tulisan
• Dapat bekerja dengan deadline
• Diutamakan memiliki pengalaman dibidang yang sama sebagai Reporting Analyst

Call Center

Requirements:
• Female & Male age max. 26 years
• Min D3 in every major / Fresh graduate / any related major
• Good spoken
• Can operate computer & having knowledge with office tool; especially excel & word
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Knowledge of call center telephony and technology
• Some experience in a call center or customer service environment
• Good data entry and typing skills

Responsibilities:
• Answer calls and respond to emails
• Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email
• Provide customers with product and service information
• Enter new customer information into system
• Update existing customer information
• Process orders, forms and applications
• Identify and escalate priority issues
• Route calls to appropriate resource
• Follow up customer calls where necessary
• Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
• Complete call logs
• Produce call reports

Telemarketing

Requirements:
• Maximum Age 35 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Senior High School, Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, any filed
• Target oriented
• At least 1 year (s) of working experience in Sales/Marketing/Telemarketing position
• Understanding of Electronic Product Knowledge or Insurance
• Understanding of Marketing or Telesales/Telemarketing knowledge
• Have good communication skill

Responsibilities:
• Perform outbond calls to existing potential customer based on existing database
• To understand customer needs and make appropriate electronic product or insurance recommendation
• Achieve KPI set including sales, quality and operational standard

Call Center English Skill (Internet Networking)

Requirements:
• age 35 years old
• candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in any major
• Good communication skill
• Capable in English communication
• At least The candidate have a knowledge of relevant internet network applications
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in related field is required for this position
