Finance Staff
Job Description:
• Coordinate financial planning, debt financing, and budget management functions.
• Collect, summarize, and interpret financial data.
• Monitor monthly operating results.
• Benchmark profits and losses against competitors or other departments.
• Plan purchases for new equipment.
• Oversee loans to go towards new branches or factories.
• Plan budgets and set fiscal limits.
• Oversee debt financing and repayments.
• Develop forecasts for proposed projects of the organization.
• Measure actual performance against operating plans and standards.
• Analyze foreign currencies exchange trends.
Responsibility:
• Account Receivable & Account Payable controller
• Manage funds (monitoring and interpreting cash flows. also predicting future trends)
• Study and forecast currencies trend
• Tax planning
• Providing financial information
• Managing budgets
• Conducting reviews and evaluation for reduction opportunities
• Liaising with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out
