Requirements
- Minimum Diploma (D3) holder from an accredited university, preferably majoring in Insurance, Economics/Accounting, Information Technology and Law.
- Preferably single/not married.
- Willing to be placed in all working unit of ASABRI throughout Indonesia.
- Having honesty, discipline, dedication and loyalty.
- Placemens : Medan (2 positions), Bandung (1 position), Semarang (1 position), Balikpapan (1 position), Makassar (2 positions), Denpasar (2 positions), Jakarta (4 positions), Palembang (3 positions), Kendari (2 positions), Pontianak (1 position), and Ambon (1 position).
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor (S1) holder from an accredited university, preferably majoring in Informatics Engineering or Information Systems, or graduated SESKO/SESPIM for military retired applicants.
- At least 5 years of experience as a General Manager in the field of IT will be highly prioritized.
- Able to translate Business Process into the program flow.
- Able to build a large system (Integrated on the whole division).
- Strong knowledge of IT management with particular regard to Programming, Networking, Technical Support, System Analysis and Oracle Database.
- Precedence has certified and able to implement the following areas:
- Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL).
- IT Service Management or IT Service Support Management (ITSM or ITSSM)
- Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM).
- ISO and IT Audit.
- PMP (Project Management Professional).
- Able to manage IT devices (Server SUN / IBM / HP, Cisco Devices and Mikrotik.
- Have leadership, high integrity, good self-control, and extensive knowledge.

- Minimum Bachelor (S1) holder from an accredited university, or graduated SESKO/SESPIM with minimum rank of Lieutenant Colonel (LETKOL) for military retired applicants.
- At least 5 years of experience as General Manager will be highly prioritized.
- Able to establish a good relationship with related parties.
- Strong knowledge and good understanding about the laws and regulations related to insurance companies, financial statements and employment.
- Strong understanding about the company's business processes.
- Have strong leadership, high integrity, good self-control and extensive knowledge.
- Indonesian Citizen (WNI).
- Physical and spiritual health.
- Maximum age 50 years old as of 31 December 2014 for the Managerial Position from the general public applicants.
- Maximum age of 59 years old as of 31 December 2014 for the Managerial Position from military retired / superannuated applicants.
- Maximum age of 30 years old as of 31 December 2014 for Administrator positions.
- Graduated SESKO/SESPIM for military retired / superannuated applicants.
- Status not as civil servants (PNS), members of the military / police or state / local enterprises (able to retire early).
- Never dishonorably discharged as an employee.
- Not located as a member and / or official of political party.
- Never be severely punished by court decisions as evidenced by the Police Notes (SKCK).
- Able to operate computer.
