Tax Accountant

Function:
Ensure consistent management of tax and customs issues within Puma Group, together with local management. To provide technical support on tax matters related to the organizations, the clients, facing advisors, ensuring compliance with all statutory taxation requirements; perform tax research on various matters, answer questions from the regional offices and monitor tax changes for impact to the Company.
Key Responsibilities:
• To liaise with Tax Consultant in Tax Audit, Objection and Appeal, for Refund VAT, Wht22, Corp Tax, TP study.
• Prepare Monthly and Annual Tax Return, i.e. VAT, Wht, Corp Tax, etc
• Prepare deferred tax computation based on internal templates
• Perform monthly tax accounting reconciliation via system
• Prepare relevant internal tax reports
• To advise Organization for any tax inquiries
Competencies:
• Strongly organized and structured
• Good negotiator
• Analytical skills on complex matters
• Good relationship skills
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance
• At least 7 years as a Tax Accountant
• Have a strong theoretical and practical background in Indonesian direct and indirect taxes.
• Have a proven track record as a Tax Accountant with a multi-national / international corporation.
• Have an exceptional understanding about Indonesia tax regulations
• Could collaborate well with others in regional level
• Analytical mindset with ability to find good ways of combining tax legislation requirements and business needs
• Experience in dealing with the Indonesian tax authorities
• Candidates must be fluent in English
